Here's what past clients have had to say about Suzanne . . .

Mavis Mary-Adams

I'm writing to express my pleasure with Real Estate Agent, Suzanne Miller-Cook who represented me in my recent sale of a single-family home. Suzanne guided me through the entire process of comparable's of what other homes in my neighborhood sell for, and the right price to list mine. I credit Suzanne with a smooth, stress-free home-selling experience! This is my second sale of property, and never had I had such a pleasurable experience. Suzanne is savvy, professional, personable and knows the market inside and out. I never could have sold my beautiful home without her. To reiterate, I'm nothing but pleased with Suzanne and her expertise and I recommend her to everyone. Thank You Suzanne!!

William Deaver

Suzanne Cook came to my rescue and made my transfer from Texas to Phoenix a success! After wasting two months with another real estate company trying to find a house in Phoenix that failed miserably, my back was against the wall, as I had less than three weeks before I moved! When I first talked to Suzanne, she said she could hear the desperation in my voice! I told her I was looking for a place close to my work, that I could use my VA Loan on and would accept all my six animals! I her told that I would do whatever she thought was best. At that point, Suzanne took over! I think she might have been a little concerned that she had to be my eyes in Phoenix but she was up for the challenge! She told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear! Within a week, she found me the perfect house that fit all of my criteria sight unseen by me! Turns out, finding the house was the easiest part of the experience. She really stepped up when it came to helping me deal with my mortgage banker! Over the next month as we were in the process of closing on the house, Suzanne became more than a very professional realtor...she became my friend! She was always there for me. She answered or returned promptly every call I made to her! We talked several times a day during this period. She answered my hundred questions in a way I could understand, explaining all the details! She was my coach, she was my cheerleader! During all of this, she always took the time to find out how I was holding up even though it was her that was working so hard to get this deal done. Finally the deal was done! I have the perfect house and a new very special friend!

Kim Plummer-Favre

My name is Kim Plummer-Favre and I have known Suzanne Miller Cook for over twenty years.  When it was time for my husband and I to start looking for a home to purchase, Suzanne was there to help us.

I'm not sure of all the requirements that a real estate agent is suppose to do, but I must say that I've never seen a person so dedicated to her job.  At the time I required Suzanne's services, the market was very active and it was next to impossible to find a home we liked and put an offer in before someone else beat us to it.

Suzanne put more of her own personal time towards finding me and my family  a home that was best for us, just as we specified to her.  Since it was my first time buying a home, I was very inexperienced on how the market operated.  Suzanne took quite a bit of time to explain to me and my husband all of the small details, everything we needed to know, before signing anything.  She also went out of her way and did most of the leg work, ie. phone calls, etc. that I feel were probably the purchaser's responsibilities.

She is one of the most honest and kindest people you will ever meet and that's on a personal and business level.  I just hope in the future, that other people get to experience her generosity on the real estate end of it.  I am sure they will be just as grateful as I was!

Kathleen Feeney

It is with great pride that I write this testimonial of my real estate experience with Suzanne Cook, Keller Williams.

In the past year, I went through many irreversible changes in my family life which left me in charge of my ailing mother.  As a result, it became necessary to find a new home with an additional bedroom, yet I had never bought a home alone, only with my ex-husband.  The need for a new home was essential and I feared my anxiety about finding something in a timely manner would subject me to demanding, possibly opportunistic agents, in a foreign, tumultuous sellers market.  I am relieved to say that was not the case with Ms. Cook.

I was gently led through the process, often having Suzanne stop by my house at night to go over possibilities and options and then paperwork, as I could not leave my mother and daughter alone.  T

The first home on which I made an offer was met with a hard-nosed seller who required several phone calls back and forth and then insisted decisions be made within a few hours.  As a new buyer, I buckled under the pressure and wanted to throw in the towel.  To my surprise, Suzanne agreed.  She told me she sensed this type of negotiation was not my style and therefore, it was probably best to let it go.  As a teacher of twenty years, I was not used to agressive business practices and was greatly relieved to hear her suggestion.  I knew she would not gain anything professionally or financially by walking away from this offer, yet she felt it was best for my family to look elsewhere and purchase a home that was acquired  in a less contentious manner.

From that point on, Suzanne had my complete confidence.  It was very apparent she was approaching her job with the emphasis on helping people find a lovely place to thrive, instead of solely for financial gain.  She walked me through every step of my purchase then took me to lunch with the mortgage broker who helped my dream home possible.

Suzanne is an asset to her profession and I have passed her name on to many of my friends.  She will be my real estate agent  for life, as having complete trust and confidence in the effectiveness and ethical nature of a professional is a rare quality.  Keller Williams has done an excellent job with her training and they are lucky to have her as part of their team.
